Career Transition Report. Helps
outplaced employees and others undergoing career transition or workforce
reentry in exploring options and making plans for new career
directions. The report takes information from the Strong Interest Inventory® instrument and discusses level of interest in 10 work areas:

area is broken down by task so you can see which areas and tasks you are
interested in. The report also includes an action plan that suggests
how to apply your results to ease your career transition and identify
satisfying career options.

you manage your current career by identifying the kinds of tasks you are
interested in doing. This report, combined with your knowledge of your
organization, may help you find a project, team, task force, committee, or
position that will match your interests.
