Work Styles Report: Helps two people in an organization learn to
work together effectively. Includes sections on
communication style, information gathering, decision making and project
management. Sections explain preferred styles, potential areas of
conflicts, and suggests action steps to resolve the specific problem areas.

a more productive, satisfying, and healthy working relationship.

Styles Report

Assessment and Interpretive Report for Organizations and Team
Report: Used by
organizations for employee and team development. Each member of the team
receives two reports: Interpretive Report for Organizations and Team
Report. The Interpretive Report for Organizations identifies the
employee's personality style, leadership style, preferred work environment,
problem solving skills and highlights areas for improvement. The Team
Report provides a description of the group's type, its strengths and
weaknesses, and its problem-solving and conflict management styles. Results are reviewed
via conference call or by your approved group facilitator. The group
facilitator also receives a Workshop Leadership Report to assist in the team-building
session planning. Teams can range in size from 3 to 64 members. View

Assessment:
After completing the payment process, you will promptly receive an e-mail to
your e-mail address with a link to the assessment. After completing the assessments, please phone
1-913-744-7665 (Pacific Standard Time) to set up a phone appointment to review your results with a counselor.
Results are sent via mail or e-mail at the time of the counseling session.
